2049 ESIM is an independent shop. The eSIMs are issued and delivered by Fizen.io, a fintech backed by Tether, and payment is taken by Stripe. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with TOKEN2049, Marina Bay Sands, Formula 1 or the Singapore Grand Prix.
A data eSIM for the country and duration shown on the package you picked, delivered as a QR code and activation details by email, usually within minutes. Most orders also include a second eSIM, free, sent in its own email. Every package is data only: no phone number, no calls, no SMS.
The days on a package are calendar days in Singapore, not periods of 24 hours, and a part day counts as a whole day. A plan switched on late in the evening has already used that day. It ends when the days run out, or when a fixed data allowance is used, whichever comes first. After a fixed allowance runs out the connection is slowed rather than cut, at the speed stated on the package. If a plan has to start on a particular day, say so when you order and we will make sure it does.
Prices are in US dollars and are what you pay us. Tax is added at the payment page where it applies, and the checkout says so before you pay. Stripe may show the amount in your own currency at its own rate.
If an eSIM fails to activate or stops working through no fault of the device, we replace it one for one, free, on any day of your trip. Write to us with the order number, the phone model and what the screen says.
An eSIM that has never been activated can be refunded. Once a plan has connected to a network it has been used and cannot be refunded, because the carrier has already been charged for it. Refunds go back to the card that paid.
Your phone has to be eSIM capable and carrier unlocked. That is on you to check before buying; the package pages link to the manufacturer lists.
Plans are sold for personal travel use. Reselling them, or running them as a permanent connection for equipment, is not what they are for.
