We collect what an order needs and nothing else. We do not sell your data and we never see your card number.
Your email address, so the eSIM can reach you, and what you bought. If you ask for the side event list we keep your email for that list until you ask us to remove it. Our site records anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics.
Stripe takes the payment and holds the card details; we only ever see that a payment succeeded. Fizen.io issues and emails the eSIM, so it receives your email address and the package you bought. Tawk.to runs the chat window if you open it. Cloudflare serves the site.
We do not sell or rent your data, we do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not ask for your passport, your address or any identity document, because an eSIM does not need one.
Order records are kept while support and refunds can still apply, and for as long as tax rules require. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
